  3. Apply on Gosuslugi

    Through the «University admission online» service.

  4. Take the tests

    Online with proctoring or on site in Innopolis.

  5. Track your status

    In the Innopolis account — documents, scores, messages.

  6. Enrolment

    Consent to enrol and the order.

Step by step

  1. Step 1. Choose a programme

    You can choose up to five fields of study at one university. Compare programmes by requirements, language and cost — and decide whether you will apply for a grant.

  2. Step 2. Prepare documents

    Scan the documents in advance: Gosuslugi takes them as PDF or JPG.

    • Passport
    • SNILS (insurance number)
    • School certificate or diploma with its supplement
    • Documents of individual achievements
    • A 3×4 photo

  3. Step 3. Apply on Gosuslugi

    The «University admission online» service sends the application to the university. You will need a verified Gosuslugi account. Find «Innopolis University», choose the fields, set priorities and attach the documents.

    • Find Innopolis University in the list of universities
    • Choose up to five fields and set priorities
    • Check the data and send the application

    No verified account

    An account can be verified at a public service centre, at a bank branch or online through a bank. It takes from 15 minutes to three days — do it in advance.

    I am a foreign citizen

    The service is not available to every category of applicants. Foreign citizens submit documents through the international section.

  4. Step 4. Take the entrance tests

    If you have no exam results in the required subjects, you take the university’s tests — online with proctoring or on site. The schedule arrives in your account.

  5. Step 5. Track your status

    A few hours after you apply, the application appears in your Innopolis account: status, documents, scores, messages from the admissions office.

  6. Step 6. Enrolment

    After the competitive lists are published, give your consent to enrol on Gosuslugi. The order is issued on the date shown on the deadlines page.

The grant application is filed not on Gosuslugi but here, after signing in with Innopolis ID. You can file it before the admission application.

  • Bachelor’s · Tuition

    Excellence Grant

    100 % of tuition

    For olympiad winners and authors of strong projects: study on any bachelor’s programme without paying tuition.

    Applications open · Apply by July 15, 2027 · 40 places

  • Master’s · Tuition

    Industry Partners Grant

    up to 100 % of tuition and an internship

    Partner companies pay for the master’s of strong candidates and take them on as interns from the second semester.

  • Master’s · Relocation

    Relocation Grant

    150 000 ₽ once

    For master’s applicants from other regions and countries: money for the move and a dormitory place for the first year.

  • PhD · Research

    PhD Research Grant

    60 000 ₽ a month

    For PhD students who will work in the university’s laboratories: a monthly payment for the whole PhD.

Questions about applying

Can I apply without Gosuslugi?

Russian citizens apply through Gosuslugi or in person at the admissions office. Foreign citizens submit documents through our section for international applicants.

How many programmes can I choose?

Up to five fields of study at one university, each with a priority.

Where will I see that the application was accepted?

The status appears on Gosuslugi and a few hours later in your Innopolis account.

Do I need the original certificate?

Not to apply. The original or the consent to enrol on Gosuslugi is needed before the enrolment order.

What if I made a mistake in the application?

Withdraw the application on Gosuslugi and file a new one — any day before the end of the main stage.

Is the grant filed on Gosuslugi?

No, the grant application is filed here in Apply after signing in with Innopolis ID.

When are the tests?

The schedule appears in your account after you apply; the general dates are on the Deadlines page.

Can I apply without the Unified State Exam in computer science?

Yes, you can take the university’s own entrance test instead.
